Piotr.Pix is an image database providing free high-quality images. I currently have nearly 2000 items in my collection and more to come. My free pictures come in a resolution of 1600x1200 pixels and are ready for download and deployment in your projects (read the rules before doing so). To access the larger versions you must register for an account.
You can freely use pictures in your personal, charity projects or any non-profit project (web pages, screen savers, student paper, postcards etc.). With no commitment and no restrictions. However, some kind of appreciation is always welcome like inserting a link to this site.

Adobe® Photoshop® CS3 BETA
SAN JOSE, Calif. — Dec. 14, 2006 — Adobe Systems Incorporated (Nasdaq:ADBE) will introduce a beta version of Adobe® Photoshop® CS3 software, the next release of the world standard in digital imaging, on Friday, December 15th. Adobe is delivering a widely available Photoshop CS3 beta to enable customers to more easily transition to the latest hardware platforms, particularly Apple’s new Intel-based systems. The beta is available as a Universal Binary for the Macintosh platform, as well as for Microsoft® Windows® XP and Windows Vista computers. Hasselblad H3D-31
PMA 2007: The new Hasselblad H3D-31 is a 31 megapixel version of the H3D-39, the world’s first 48mm full-frame DSLR camera system. The H3D-31 uses a 44×33mm sensor enhanced with micro-lenses to boost ISO rating one stop to a new maximum of ISO 800, and it offers a capture rate of 1.2 seconds per image in either mobile or tethered mode. The H3D31 is available immediately worldwide through Hasselblad’s national subsidiaries and channel partners with a retail price of £13,900, excluding VAT, or 19,900 Euros, or US$ 24,995.
